AAU Engineering Students Excel at AI Builders Summit 2026

Under the guidance of Eng. Yaman Albadawi, student Bilal Feroz Khan from the Abu Dhabi Campus won second place nationally with his innovative project, CaseReady AI, a human-supervised platform supporting surgical readiness and operating-room recovery.
College of Engineering students Mohammed Shik, Mahadi Hassan, and Sameer Eldam also reached the finals and received special awards for their innovative projects. Selected from more than100 applications across UAE universities, these achievements highlight the College’s commitment to developing students who can apply artificial intelligence, engineering knowledge, and emerging technologies to real-world challenges. The College of Engineering congratulates its students and supervisors on this remarkable achievement and wishes them continued success.
